OUR LOGIC

Logical-Habitat-Logov3.png

Construction should not be looked at as just a business.   Our mission is to streamline the design-build process and weld together the emotional component with architecture, technology and sound structural integrity towards one's habitat, focused on an individualized custom experience with each project. Historic preservation or ground up, we specialize in creating your future-forward home, your Logical Habitat.

BUILD LOGIC

Our process focuses on partnering closely and capturing clients' essential success factors.  Within the early stages of an introduction, key team members are involved in documenting the style and design scope in an agile, iterative approach.  As the objectives are formed, our creative director and architect and GC transform ideas into design renderings.  We prototype our designs in almost real-time so our clients can benefit from having a life-like experience of their vision when making decisions.

To quote Frank Lloyd Wright

"To make changes you can use an eraser on the drafting table or a sledge hammer on the construction site. "

Logical Habitat takes great pride in creating measurable value for our partners from the ideation phase to completion. Our in-house team consists of architects, engineers, general contractors, project designers, and technology experts. We also have a roster of experienced and highly celebrated interior designers to select from.
